Goals and strategies

Iran Minerals Processing Research Center has compiled its strategic transformation and development plan for a six-year period from 2019 to 2025 in an integrated manner with the strategic plan of the Development and Modernization Organization of Mines and Mineral Industries of Iran (IMIDRO).

In pursuit of the vision, mission and fundamental values of the research Center, the strategic objectives of the Center to acheive the desired goals :are as follow

Strategic goals

Gaining the ability to transform demand-oriented research ideas into technical and economic technologies and turning them into a sustainable technological competitive advantage of the center in the industry of processing and extracting mineral materials and products at the national and international levels.
Achieving a revenue share of at least 60% in the center's income portfolio by 2025 through the commercialization of applied research results and technology development.
Achieving and continuously increasing the share of income derived from providing specialized and advanced services to foreign and overseas clients in the center's revenue portfolio

Strategies

Development of cutting-edge technologies for mining and mineral industries
Enhancing the quantity and quality of research and laboratory centers, and collaborating with reputable national and international institutions for the execution of technological activities and cooperation
Enhancing competitiveness and productivity in the mining and mineral industries
Expanding value-added interactions with universities and research centers
Enhancing the capabilities of contractors and manufacturers in the mining and mineral industries.
Participation in improving the HSE performance of IMIDRO-affiliated units
Participation in improving the monitoring of the performance of IMIDRO-affiliated units
Increasing self-sufficiency in technology and domestic manufacturing of mining and mineral industry equipment, and acquiring and transferring technical knowledge, standards, and necessary information for the localization of technology.
Increasing the knowledge and skills of human resources in the mining and mineral industries.
