۱-Sample preparation section
This section is used for grinding and preparation of the sample, which includes two large and small jaw crusher systems, a cone crusher, a roller crusher, a crushing machine, a Y-shaped homogenizer, a device A batch divider for powder samples, a pulp rotary control device, a number of shoulder splitters and three LM2 powder dispensers, bullet hinges and a bar for drying and drying, and a number of ovens and scales. Samples are sent to different parts after grinding and preparation for subsequent operations.

۳-Particle size measurement
In this section, the dimensions of crushed minerals and their distribution are measured and used from the following devices.
A. The particle size measurement device works with a Lazer Particle Sizer laser that works in two steps and is able to measure particles up to 20 nm.
B Cyclosizer Cyclosizer that works more fine and granules particles of 4 to 50 microns.
C Hydrocyclone Hydrocyclone Laboratory is located in the center of two devices of this equipment, one of which is the Mozley factory and the Krebs factory.
A Swe Shaker with a diameter of 450 mm, which is used for large amounts of granulation.
Swe Shaker with a diameter of 200 mm, which is used for grading small samples.
And the Ro-Tap Sive Shaker
Different units can measure particles from 20 microns to 10 centimeters.
۴-Gravel Separation Depth Gravity Separation
In this section, there are devices and devices which, using the difference in the weight of the grains, separate them from each other, which are described below.
A Jig Jig device used to fill the aggregate minerals of coarse particles smaller than 10 mm and larger than 1 mm.
A shaking table that is used to arrange fine-grained minerals with dimensions smaller than 2 mm and up to about 45 microns.
C) A tableware that is used to fill fine grained minerals.

۵-Magnetic separation section
In this section, by using the magnetic properties of minerals, they are arranged and processed by various devices, and the equipment to be used is as follows:
A low-intensity dry magnetic separator Dry Low Intensity Magnetic Separator
This device is used for separating minerals with magnetic properties in dry and roughly coarse sizes.
B Smaller magnetic intensity separator Low Low Intensity Magnetic Separator
For separation of minerals, it has a magnetic property, and more precisely and in fine grain size.
C Highly Intensified Magnetic Separator
The field strength of this machine varies and is used for sufficient separation of ferromagnetic and minerals with a low magnetic effect and in relatively small granulation.
A magnetic tape separator (disc) Belt Magnetic Separator
This machine has variable field intensity and works dry, and is used to isolate roughly coarse aggregate mineral materials.
The magnetic separator Davis Tube
This machine works more and more to determine the amount of magnetic material available in the minerals.
Magnetic Isodynamic Separator Isodynamic Magnetic Separator
This device has high magnetic field intensity and with this device it separates paramagnetic materials (with low magnetic properties) from non-magnetic materials.
From Satmagan Balance Magnetic Saturation
With this device, the amount of magnetic material in the sample can be measured.
In this section, using the available equipment and chemical methods, the useful minerals (metal and non-metallic) are separated from the waste material.
Z Zeta Phentioal Meter Zeta Zeta Potential Meter
This device is used to measure the zeta potential of different minerals for use in flotation.
Flotation Cell Flotation Cell
Using this device and adding various chemicals, the minerals are removed from the waste by flotation.
In this section, metals are extracted using the equipment and devices that are present. The devices that are there are as follows.
High Pressure Autoclave High Pressure Autoclave
This machine is used for leaching under 350 atmospheres and at 350 centigrade with a stirrer. Capacity of the device is 2 liters.
The device is used for leaching under 60 atmospheres at a temperature of 300 ° C and has a capacity of 5 liters.
Rotary Evaporator rotary evaporator
This device is used for distillation, purification of solvents and drying of materials.
Bottle Roller bottle bottle
This machine is used to leach minerals, especially cyanide gold.
Using the equipment and devices of this section consisting of different furnaces, pyrometallurgy studies are carried out, which are described in the following equipment:
A high temperature electric furnace
The furnace is heated to 1800 ° C and can be used for pyrometallurgy tests.

A gas pycnometer
This machine is used to measure the specific gravity of minerals in a powdered form, which can measure the particle size up to 2 nm.

Larox Filtration Apparatus
Laboratory laboratory studies are batch experiments, which are carried out in Pilot, on a large scale and in a semi-industrial scale, which is based on industrial scale data from the Flushite industrial semi-industrial experiments. The various parts of the pilot are:

The trick and filter section:
In this section, there are different types of 1 meter, 3 meter and 9 meter tachographs, Highrate trickers and Ultrasep trickers, and compression, drum, disk, tape and filter filters.
H Neutralization and tailings dams:
In this section, the waste water disinfection equipment is produced and the sedimentation study in waste dumps and the return water section for reuse in the process. The pilot’s capacity according to the various equipment in it is discontinuously between 50 kg / h and up to 2000 kg / h, most of the equipment and the pilot’s equipment are portable and these equipment is designed in the course of pilot execution based on the developed flushite. And collected after the studies.
